Labuan Island – The Garden off-shore Garden Island of Malaysia is only 45 minutes ferry ride from Brunei. Your tour starts with pick up from your hotel and transfer to Muara ferry terminal where you will continue on a scenic ferry ride for 45 minutes to one hour depending on the on the sea condition. Upon arrival in Labuan, you will be taken on a round island tour which include visits to the following places ; Museum Square, Labuan Sea Sport Complex, The Chimney which is believed to be linked to the coal mining
days in Labuan. Continue with a drive to Layang-Layangan Peace Park and the Japanese Surrender Point where the 32nd. Japanese Southern Army surrendered to the 9th. Division Australian Imperial Forces which led to the end of World War II in Borneo. After lunch at a local restaurant, visit Labuan War Cemetery which is the final resting place for 3,905 war heroes
who died in Borneo during the Second World War. Proceed to Labuan Financial Park Complex to do your duty free shopping before starting your journey back to Brunei. The tour ends with transfer back to your hotel.
